Cali was found right during our Feb spay and neuter campaign, at the end of the road. She was so pregnant that she could barely walk… and she is so very sick.
She got promptly spayed and started her road to recovery… she has ehrlichia and heartworm, so that means she will be stuck at the shelter for a long time while we work on her treatment. She also seems to have a middle ear infection, and some skin issues that seem like old and new wounds and are healing slowly. She also came with. terrible giardia and has some stomach issues still… We are confident this sweet momma will get over all her issues and she’ll start to shine soon! For now, all she wants is love and cuddles!
