Belinda comes from sadness and despair. Her rescuers lives in an area on the outside of Cancun where dogs just roam free and look sad and miserable. She was among the lucky ones being rescued by a lady that with very little tries to do a lot. But that was no life for this loving, friendly and super sweet girl. We went to see the situation. The place was clean and dogs look as healthy as they can be in those circumstances, Norma truly loves them but she just can’t afford food, medicine and while she is doing her best, she is surrounded by dogs suffering. So we are working with her, and started by taking 5 of the 18 dogs she has in place, the friendliest and more ready to go and the ones that needed most urgent medical help. Belinda is one of those that are healthy and friendly and really deserves better. We were shocked by how happy she is, how much she craves human connection and cuddles and we couldn’t help but laugh at her reactions when she found a super big bed all for herself.

Belinda is 10kg, medium to small, agile, super friendly, always happy. She knows something is good coming and can’t wait to make it to a better life
