Freda is full of energy and has only 2 settings. On and Off! when she’s on, she is full speed ahead, loves to play with people and all dogs! She has no fear!  When she is Off, she just melts in your arms and passes out, leaving you wondering if it’s the same dog!  She needs a high energy family that will wear her out!  She is quite the character.  If you are looking for an active companion, Freda is your girl!
