Leela and Meelo come from a rescuer in Cancun that had them since they were little and kept asking for help for them. They are special dogs!

Leela is gorgeous and super soft! She has the funniest facial expressions any dog can have! She is on the shy side and needs her time to adapt to new people. It’s obvious she has always lacked that feeling of being safe and loved, the security of having a home and a human. But once she considers you ok, she turns around completely and she’s a different dog! She loves her people and loves them hard! She will need a safe home, maybe another dog that can teach her life is beautiful and that helps her see she is safe!

Leela will adore her owner. She gives kisses and cuddles and loves snuggling in bed. She does have a bit of separation anxiety which comes from having a sad past. She is a jumper, so a high and secure fence is a must with her!

She’s just one year old and ready to learn tricks and to bond hard with her perfect human!
