Lila and her siblings came to the shelter as part of our trap and release “Project Highway Dogs”. They were incredibly tiny and very quickly we realized something wasn’t right. They were very sick!

So we did all sort of tests and put them in different treatments, chicken, liver, vitamins… and it worked! Soon they started to thrive but by then we knew we weren’t going to release them!

Lila has soulful eyes that can see all the way to your soul, she is desperate for attention but she’s not too overwhelming. Smart, playful, sweet, she’s ready for the good life and a family to call her own!
