Nube was wihtout a doubt the worst case of neglect we have ever seen. Incredibly skinny to the point of being amazed at the fact that she could stand, covered from head to toe in mange, made even worse by wounds that wouldn’t close (due to her anemia and ehrlichia) once she was with us we got to work… and work it was!

She also had an eye ulcer, which is healing beautifully. Her wounds are still a sore sight but have healed also and we cannot wait to see her fur starting to come up… can you believe it?! she will be a white dog with long fur! One day… soon we hope… for now, tons of food, tons of vitamins and meds… and tons of love!
