The carnitas litter were rescued at a highway restaurant (where they sell carnitas!). Their mom, we had been trying to catch for over 8 months… she is wild and there was no way for us to get even close to her. Now she has been finally been trapped and sterilized! And while she is safe and gets food there, that is no place for little babies! So they have become part of the Isla Animal’s Family!

Piquita is a very curious little puppy, she sits in front of you and will watch you carefully what you are doing. She is a super cute, perfect puppy.
