Sandy showed up at the clinic during our sterilization campaign from Thursday. A man brought her after finding her alone on the island, by the little ruin in Punta Sur, which it could be a dumping spot, sadly. At the beginning, she was scared and she was hiding from everyone. But after a few hours, she became more confident and she demonstrated how sweet she is!
Sandy seems to have had a hard time, but we are sure that something good is gonna happen to her when she finds her furever home! She gets along well with other dogs and she loves cuddling! We would prefer her to be in a home with other dogs since she imitates and becomes more confident. She is learning that people are good and comes looking for cuddles when we walk in. Good girl!
Sandy looks like a puppy, and she is of course, but she is already over 8 months, got adult teeth, and she’s only 5 kilos! So we believe she will stay small!
