Speedy is a lovely puppy with loads of energy. She is also a special needs dog due to a birth defect on her back legs. She can run, and play, and is the funniest little thing.
She was surrendered to us by a local family and we thought she wasn’t able to walk. However, once she got over the fear of a new place, she showed us how wrong we were! She’s 4 months old, and she’s missing nothing. She runs and plays, and she’s always looking for someone to give her cuddles.
We are hoping for a family that understands her needs and limitations and will be willing to work with her during her journey into adulthood. We are working on understanding better how this birth defect will affect her in the future if anything at all! And we will keep you updated!
